Thank you for you interest in The Kitchen Elves' products and service. We have been serving fine foods to San Diegan's for over 10 years. Recently, we ceased delivery of our enterees and have made our foods available exclusively through our Encinitas production kitchen/storefront.

The main focus of our business is to prepare delicious balanced home-style or bistro style dinners for our busy clients. Our menu is different weekly and is made available each Sunday via e-mail. Please let us know if you would like to be included on our menu e-mail list. Clients pre-order their meals a week in advance and pick them up on Monday between 7:00am and 3:00pm. Additionally, we make an overrun of entrees to accomodate late-comers and walk in traffic BUT be advised that the entrees fly out the door and are pretty well gone by Tuesday afteroon! It's always best to pre-order so you are guaranteed your selections. Everything we prepare is always done with a nod to your health--lean protein, low fat dairy products, whole grains and plenty of vegetables!

In addition to our fine dinner entrees, Monday through Saturday you will find the Elves busy preparing sandwiches, salads and our Niman Ranch Hot Dogs which contain no hormones or antibiotics. Although we have a table or two and a few chairs, we don't provide seating so it's best to plan on taking your eats to go!
